I am grateful; I think I now understand the point being made. As I understand it, the resolution will be a resolution of the shareholders. The reference to the notice of the resolution in subsection (4) is meant to deal with the detail provided in the notice to the Secretary of State. I think the point that the noble Baroness is probing is the nature of the notice which must be given for the resolution on the company’s decision which will impact on that and whether that would have to spell out these details. If it did, it clearly would not be a very effective process, but I do not believe that it does. Perhaps I should write to the noble Baroness on that so that she has some clarity on the record. But I understand the point that has been put.
