If the noble Lord is making the point that there is either a duty of care or there is not, and there is no such thing as an enhanced duty of care, I can see that might well be the case. I am not a lawyer. We will revert on that if we need to in the context of this debate. I have tried to set out as clearly as possible what we believe the position to be. We have put on the record that there are no extra duties coming from the extra liability that can accrue to the senior statutory auditor, but we will take this discussion away, and if we find we want to revert in a different manner we will. I am not convinced thus far, however, that we should.
