I thank the Minister for his answer; I think I am satisfied with it, although I will of course read it carefully. However, describing me as ““a mite critical”” is rather strong. He referred to a kerfuffle with regard to a previous amendment. I certainly did not regard that as a kerfuffle; I thought it was a nice probing amendment, and we got a satisfactory explanation of the situation. If I was a mite critical, it is true, is it not, that the entire Bill was dealt with in the Commons with no sight of any draft regulation. I say that because it is not easy, when we are trying to understand what a Bill means—
