I hope that the Committee is content with the varying light. It is getting dark, but perhaps one of the noble Lords from the Government Front Bench will indicate or speak on behalf of the Committee if it is getting too dark. For myself, I can just see, but if any Member of the Committee wishes to speak on this matter, they should. We now come to Amendment No. 12 and if the noble Baroness can read, I am delighted.
