I thank the Minister for his extremely clear in-depth answer to the amendments. I shall read his response with interest; as I listened, it sounded perfect but, sometimes, when you read the small print, you think of something that was not covered. But the Minister was very kind, and I assure noble Lords who spoke that I have no problem with any of the comments that they made. It is good that we have had the opportunity to discuss an important amendment. I agree with the Minister that all Members of the Committee want to ensure that when we make the decision on this, it is the right one. I beg leave to withdraw the amendment.
