My Lords, I think that the noble Baroness has subtly missed the comma in my concluding remarks. I actually said that 600,000 was the estimated number fewer smokers; there was then a comma after that, and I went on to say that there would be many lives saved. Noble Lords may have elided the ““600,000”” with the ““many lives saved””.
