I am not sure either, because I do not know what the Government want to do. Let us imagine a situation in which the first CORE is set up and there is a parliamentary constituency that overlaps the edge of the region in which the CORE takes place, so that part of the constituency is COREd—if that is the word—and part of it is not. The Bill states:"““A CORE scheme may make provision as to the steps to be taken””," in such circumstances. What sort of steps might be required and what does that provision mean?
