The Minister repeats what he said on Second Reading, that there is a legislative logjam, but we established in Committee that there is no legislative logjam. Why should we take seriously what he has to say when we debate these points when, in fact, he is merely repeating verbatim what he said on Second Reading and not engaging in debate at all.
