With this it will be convenient to discuss the following: No. 21, in page 14, line 16, at end insert— '(1A) The wording of the Assembly Oath shall be— "I do solemnly swear to discharge the responsibilities required of me to the best of my abilities and faithfully serve the people of Wales whom I here represent".'. New clause 5—Oath to be taken or affirmation to be made in public— 'An oath required by section 23 or 55 is to be taken (or the corresponding affirmation made) in public.'.
