I am sorry that my noble friend Lord Brooke is not here to speak to his amendment. I have no brief from him so to do. However, I have a question of my own for the Minister which is not intended as an ambush. How do we propose to control the Irish media based in Dublin, as set out in the paragraph in this Westminster legislation, relating to the British media? Its material is published and well read throughout the United Kingdom.
