We have no problems with either of these amendments. Perhaps I may say in anticipation of the conclusion of our proceedings on Part 10 that I thank the noble Lords, Lord Sainsbury and Lord McKenzie, and the noble and learned Lord, Lord Goldsmith, for responding so clearly and at great length to our amendments. We reserve the right to come back on certain issues, but we will focus on those where we believe there are lacunae. I am grateful for the way in which these proceedings have been conducted.
