I understand the Minister’s arguments and I will go back to those who have spoken to us to see how strongly they feel. I am bound to say that we have all been touched by the proceedings on Equitable Life—our friends, relatives and so forth. Therefore I pay particular attention to these representations. In the mean time, I beg leave withdraw the amendment.
