moved Amendment No. 234:"Page 101, line 39, leave out subsection (3) and insert—" ““(3) The registrar must give notice of the proposal to revoke the certificate— (a) to the individual to whom the certificate was issued, and (b) to every company of which the registrar has been notified that the individual is a director.”” On Question, amendment agreed to.
