I am grateful to the Minister. The National Association of Pension Funds, the Institute of Directors and the CBI will appreciate that offer to look at the matter further. If there are comments to be made and more specific arguments to be deployed, I will ensure that that happens. I do not intend to move Amendment No. 223B, because a large part of it has already been covered by the Minister’s general remarks and I do not wish to detain the Committee unnecessarily. However, I reserve my right to come back to the more general issues raised. In the mean time, I beg leave to withdraw the amendment.
