My noble friends, the noble Lord, Lord Sharman, and I will require more assurance and clarification than is available today. Therefore, I give notice that we might wish to return to this matter. Clearly, for most directors, advice and perhaps the helpful guide to the Bill to be produced by the department in due course will make all this clear. But this is a good example of where the wording in the Bill should reflect precisely what the Minister says is covered. While I beg leave to withdraw the amendment, I reserve the right to return to it.
