moved Amendment No. 189:"Page 76, line 28, leave out ““its”” and insert ““the company’s””" The noble Lord said: We feel that the current drafting of subsection (2) is confused, and the amendment would help to clarify it. It is a probing amendment that seeks to improve the wording of the Bill. I beg to move.
