I suggest to my noble friend that it probably would be better at this stage not to attempt to analyse quite a number of questions that arise from what he has said. It would be better to defer doing that. I will certainly consider what he has said. It is helpful that he has raised the matter—at least we know where he is coming from. I will try not to dust off the essays that I remember having to write on this point quite a number of years ago. I will leave it at that at this stage.
