My Lords, I am most grateful to the noble Baroness. As she said, I was thumbing through the Companion while she was speaking. I refer her particularly to paragraph 4.72(2), which states:"““It is of paramount importance that Ministers should give accurate and truthful information to Parliament, correcting any inadvertent error at the earliest opportunity””."
