That is a logical and understandable argument. However, I am not entirely satisfied. One of the main benefits of probing amendments is that, when Hansard is distributed more widely, other examples that can be prayed in aid may become known. I reserve the right to come back to this issue at a later date. If that is not the case, then I am grateful to the Minister and we shall perhaps return to this issue in legislation at some future date. I beg leave to withdraw the amendment.
