I am grateful to the Minister for that explanation. I have not received any representations from any great professional associations on this subject, but it is one in which I have taken a person interest. I appreciate the explanation and am glad that anno domini itself will help solve some of the problems about the age of some directors who would otherwise fall foul of Clause 141.
