Company Law Reform Bill [HL]

I am grateful to the Minister. I accept that there is a need to regularise and that we need to keep the periods even. I had not appreciated that point. In his remarks, the Minister referred to another clause which gives a company powers to act in a way that makes our amendments superfluous.
