Company Law Reform Bill [HL]

I shall speak to Amendment No. 120, which is grouped with Amendment No. 119. The amendment is identical to Amendment No. 119 in all but one word: in Amendment No. 119 the word is ““five”” and in Amendment No. 120 the word is ““ten””. I endorse entirely all of the arguments made by the noble Lord, Lord Hodgson. We have not got an alternative measure; this is our preferred method. I am totally supportive of his arguments.
