The noble Lord said: The amendments relating to this clause are simple and seek to introduce greater clarity, but not to change its meaning. I hope that the Government will agree that introducing the words ““private limited”” in Clause 102 before ““company”” and the word ““unlimited”” in Clause 105 makes it clearer what this clause relates to, without requiring the reader to look back through the Bill. As one of the Bill’s stated aims is to make corporate law clearer for businesses, I hope that the Minister will take this opportunity to make another small improvement in its comprehensibility by simplifying and reordering its drafting and layout. I beg to move.
