The Minister has not addressed our purpose in tabling the amendment. We are asking why we have this particular provision in Clause 109(6). I accept that the electronic issue is important, but there is no equivalent provision in Clause 106. I would expect a subsection (5) in Clause 106. The same is true of Clause 94. There are two or three cases where we seem to have a different approach to allowing for electronics. We are not objecting to that, but our reason for striking them out here was to see why the provision was not in the other clauses.
