Company Law Reform Bill [HL]

I understand the point that the Minister is making, but I do not understand why the Government are moving Amendment No. 102, because the provision that it removes seems to fit with the purposes of Clause 96. I am delighted to remove things from the Bill, but that provision seemed part of the clause’s purpose.
