I am grateful to the Minister for his reply. Much of that technical stuff came at me quite fast. I would like to read what he has said and discuss it with those who have been helping us with the detailed analysis. We may return to the matter, but I suspect that the Minister’s answer will be satisfactory. In the mean time, I beg leave to withdraw the amendment.
