I am grateful to the Minister for that. I am not sure that I quite understood why we have changed the drafting from the 1985 Act to include directors, who were not included before. Could he refresh my understanding on why we have expanded the basis? I may not be right about our having expanded the basis but, if I am, why has that step been taken?
