The last concern could be tackled by a further addition to our amendment: that during the appeal procedure neither party would be in a position to register the name or take action with the registrar to improve their position. We need to reflect on the issue of other remedies and perhaps come back to it. In the mean time, I beg leave to withdraw the amendment.
