I have heard what the noble Lord has said. I just observe that the problem with trademark legislation is that one is engaged in courts, laws and, despite the fact that my noble friend Lord Razzall is a member of that noble profession, lots of fees to lawyers. I should like to reflect on what the noble Lord said and come back to this matter at a later stage. Meanwhile, I beg leave to withdraw the amendment.
