For reasons that are not clear, Amendment No. 74, which is in my name, contains the last part of this amendment. Therefore, rather than allow that to pass by and then deal with the matter again in Amendment No. 74, I associate myself with the remarks of the noble Lord, Lord Sharman, and I, too, look forward to hearing the Minister’s response to this query.
