Can the Minister pick up the point made by the noble Lord, Lord Glentoran, about the National Audit Office? Can he give us any examples of other comparable bodies audited by the NAO to which we might look for guidance on how these things might be done? While he thinks about that, I am not sure whether he gave a detailed response to Amendment No. 22, which is included in this group. In the excitement, I may have missed his remarks.
