London Olympic Games and Paralympic Games Bill

I have a further question for the Minister. Is he giving us the assurance that—for instance—the high minimum standards for these new state-of-the-art developments would be the normal way of proceeding within the Olympic village and its facilities? Would that be the norm; that is, the highest that we can attain at the moment? The housing situation has cropped up several times. It would help if we can be given an assurance that the lifetime home standard or some other relevant standard would be a minimum standard. I know that that was not the question on the Marshalled List in the form of the amendment, but if that is the way that the thinking is going, many worries would start to disappear. The noble Lord has given a very helpful answer, but perhaps he can give us a little more information. I do not particularly want to come back to this if we can get the information now. I just wondered whether he could go a little further, or perhaps he does not have the information at the moment.
