Perhaps I may press the Minister on this. The logic of what he says is that the Secretary of State takes responsibility for the actions of the ODA at the Olympic board meetings. If the Minister confirms that that is what the Secretary of State is doing, and that the ODA has a reporting function, he is saying that the Secretary of State is assuming the entire responsibility for the actions of the ODA as regards the meetings of the board. If that is the case, it is a clear line of governance, but it is one that the public need to recognise. All those involved in the Olympics should recognise that the Secretary of State is assuming that level of responsibility.
