Natural Environment and Rural Communities Bill

Not for the first time the noble Baroness has hit on an interesting and important point. We are speaking in many debates at present about how widely affected marine life will be by the Bill. I do not want to give her any false answers, so if she will give me a little longer to answer her properly, I will.
