National Insurance Contributions Bill

I thank the Minister for that. I say to the noble Lord, Lord Newby, that I was aware of the imperfections of the drafting of the annual report. We are not trying to be over-prescriptive. Inevitably, one ended up asking for the impossible. Often amendments such as this seek to find out where the information will be, and I think that we have started to get there, but perhaps we have not quite reached that point. It may well be easier if the Minister takes away my question, because the answer would provide the core of useful information to meet the purpose of the amendment. Often one is seeking an undertaking about where and when such information would be made available. On the basis that we can try to progress further on this before Report, for now I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn. Clause 8 agreed to. Clause 9 [Commencement]:

Proceeding contribution
