I appreciate the improvements that have already been made to the Bill, particularly in the matter of intention and freedom of expression. I acknowledge that my amendment may well be deficient as regards definitions. I look forward to hearing the statement that the Minister has promised. I therefore beg leave to withdraw the amendment.
