My Lords, I am slightly unexcited about this because according to my notes the amendment still ends with the word ““or””. Therefore, my comments are directed to that point and to an extension rather than a reduction in the amount of information which must be provided. In the circumstances, and as a number of these issues will return at Third Reading, it would be preferable for us to take a further look at the measure. I am sure that the noble Lord will bring the amendment back and I will then be able to make appropriate comments. I hope that the noble Lord will withdraw the amendment now and bring it back at Third Reading.
