My Lords, I thank the Minister for his response. I do not agree with all that he said; indeed, I recognise much of his wording from Grand Committee, which I had sought to contradict. As we discussed, we will not pursue the matter this evening. I will read the Minister’s comments carefully and I hope that he will do me the courtesy of reading mine. Meanwhile, I beg leave to withdraw the amendment.
