Perhaps I may try to clear up some of the confusion I caused by saying that I would speak to Amendment No. 47. As I understand it, my amendment should be met effectively by the government amendments in the next group. If that is so, I do not intend to speak to it with this group and am happy to leave it for another occasion. If we have guarantees behind the scenes that our amendment is covered, we will be able to withdraw it before Report.
