I am grateful to the noble Lord, Lord Avebury, and the noble Lord, Lord Lester, who I of course forgive for not being here right at the beginning. The noble Baroness, Lady Anelay, who is not in her place, is also a contender in the Peer of the year contest. It is a shame that we cannot all win it together, because that would be my preference; I do not want to win against any noble Lords here.
