Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Bill

As the Minister will be aware, she must satisfy not only this Committee but also the Joint Committee on Human Rights. I do not think that the exchanges between the Government and the JCHR on these matters have yet been concluded. One consolation that I will have in withdrawing the amendment is that, by the time we next come back to the subject on Report, we shall have further advice from it on our discussion today.
