Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Bill

I hope that the noble Baroness does not think that I intended any disrespect by not moving Amendment No. 16, which is tabled in my name. I have not done so only for one reason: the Constitution Committee is to meet next week and I did not want to get ahead of the comments which that committee has already made and it has not yet taken in the Minister’s remarks. We will come back to the point.
