Electoral Administration Bill

It has been suggested that the numbers in Northern Ireland fell for an improper reason, but that is not what the Electoral Commission said. It said:"““We do not agree with the assertion that 120,000 or so persons were disenfranchised as a result of the new legislation being introduced.””" The evidence that we have just heard from the hon. Member for Belfast, East (Mr. Robinson) confirms that that is the case.
