My right hon. Friend may wish to comment on the remarks by the electoral commissioner in Birmingham, who said last year that"““no serious independent investigation was ever carried out into postal vote fraud. In short, there is likely to be no evidence of fraud if you do not look for it.””"
Is not the problem that insufficient attention has been paid to a serious risk to our system?
