I indicated that the other factors to be considered would be whether individuals were able to sustain themselves economically and had the correct certification which was valid for their qualifications, which the institution may or may not have looked at. I cannot say that the institution says only, ““You have the appropriate qualifications on the basis of what you have said to be able to come to this institution, and we would like to have you””. It will be making sure that all the other pieces of information are accurate. Perhaps we can talk about this further and make sure that we have all those points nailed to ensure it is clear where the entry clearance officers will be playing a fuller role, and where the institution will, and how the points might add up on that basis.
