I am grateful to the Minister. She referred to the independent expert and the fact that she anticipates his report will be with her on Thursday. However, she stopped short of saying that she would arrange for the report to be made available to Members of the Committee and, indeed, to be published. Would the Minister like to clarify that aspect?
