I am grateful to my hon. Friend for giving way in his excellent summing up of the Bill’s progress. The organisations involved in racketeering, protection rackets and intimidation include not only off-limits paramilitary groups such as Continuity IRA and the Real IRA but some of the mainstream terrorist groups. Does he agree that it is particularly depressing when the Government make massive concessions to such groups, as they are under the Northern Ireland (Offences) Bill?
