I shall make a little more progress at this point and then I will take further interventions. Today, only 51 per cent. of the work force enjoy a totally smoke-free environment. The Bill, even with the limited exemptions that we are proposing, will give 99 per cent. of the work force complete protection from smoking. That is an enormous step forward for public health and for the health and well-being of our people.
