Proceeding contribution from Meg Munn (Labour) in the House of Commons on Monday, 21 November 2005. It occurred during Debate on bills on Equality Bill (HL).
I beg to move, That the Bill be now read a Second time. I am pleased to be opening the debate on the Bill on behalf of the Government. I know that my right hon.
