My Lords, if I may just interrupt the noble Lord, it is not really Arriva’s fault. It runs trains in Denmark and it runs them extremely well. It has restrictions placed on it—it is not allowed to have new rolling stock and is just making the best of what it has got, it is not allowed to buy anymore.
